The mineral water that we bottle in the village of Alet is five times millennium! At the beginning, waters of rain or snow fell more than 5000 years ago, in Pyrenees in 800 metres in height.
These waters infiltrated through the Pyrenean rock and crossed a dozen kilometres with the very slow rhythm from 1 to 2 metres a year.
It’s over its long subterranean progress that the mineral water, naturally percolated by the rock, enriches itself with
one of a kind features.
Perfectly pure, we’ve bottled it in the village, such as the nature gave it to us, without treatment or filtration.
