At the end of the 19th Century, the Ministry of Health, on advise of the Academy of Medicine, acknowledged high mineral qualities and granted official authorization to bottle it.
It has been bottled in a little fortified village in Aude, far away from cities and protected from pollution, the mineral water from the Pyrenees supports generations of parents and children.

It commercialises the mineral water of ALET in France, especially in the South, and exports a part of its production.
